JUST ARRIVED - 6 NEW POSTCARDS!
Australia Postcards has added six new postcards to its postcard galleries:

GREAT BARRIER REEF CAIRNS AUSTRALIA (Sea Turtle) (PC164) is a postcard that features an artistic representation of a sea turtle swimming through the Great Barrier Reef.

Margaret River Western Australia (PC165) is a postcard that features a montage of photos from Margaret River in Western Australia including the renowned beaches, caves and vineyards.

WHITSUNDAYS GREAT BARRIER REEF (PC166) is a postcard that features the idyllic Long Island, which is one of the classic Whitsunday Islands along the Great Barrier Reef in Queensland.

Townsville tropical queensland australia (PC167) is a postcard that features a montage of photos from Townsville in North Queensland including the Ross Creek marina and Castle Hill.

'G'day mate' - An AUSSIE GENTLEMAN (PC168) is a postcard that features Aussie 'Gentleman' lingo or slang - 'You little ripper!'

'What's the latest goss?' - An AUSSIE SHEILA (PC169) is a postcard that features Aussie Sheila strine or slang - 'Wanna cuppa' while you write that postcard? ;)

Australia Postcards has added two new postcards to its postcard galleries:

Great Ocean Road Australia (9 scene) (PC162) features 9 images from the renowned Great Ocean Road including the iconic Twelve Apostles.

Geelong VICTORIA AUSTRALIA (PC 163) features 5 images from the second largest city in Victoria including Corio Bay and a Geelong Baths Swimming Club member bollard, which is one of over 100 iconic painted bollards that can be found along the Geelong waterfront.

JUST ARRIVED - NEW PRODUCT - AUSTRALIAN ENVELOPES!
Australia Postcards has added a new "Other Product" - Australian Envelopes!
Complement and protect your Australian Postcards with Australian Envelopes.
The four Australian Envelopes available are:
- Australia Scenes
- Australian Wildflowers
- World Map (Envelope)
- West Australia Scenes
The Australian Envelopes are C6 size (16.2 cm x 11.4 cm) and suitable for use with postcards that are 14.3 cm x 10.2 cm - the most common postcard size available at Australia Postcards.
Australian Envelopes are $0.30 each, or 15 for $3.95 + p&h.
We look forward to sending you some Australian postcards and some Australian Envelopes soon.

CORROBOREE (PC160) is a print of a dot painting that depicts an aboriginal Corroborre telling the story of the Worimi people.

Sydney AUSTRALIA (13 scene) (PC 161) features 13 iconic scenes and images from Sydney and NSW.
Also, a new "Other Product" will be launched next month - Australian envelopes, so please visit again soon for some Australian envelopes to complement your Australian postcards.

AUSTRALIA (Montage) (PC 151) features Australia as a land of diversity with a compilation of images from around Australia.

AUSTRALIA'S CAPITAL CITIES (PC 152) features an assemblage of images of Australia's capital cities.

CAIRNS GREAT BARRIER REEF AUSTRALIA (PC 153) features 9 images from Cairns and surrounds as well as the Great Barrier Reef.

NORTHERN TERRITORY Australia (PC 154) features 8 images from the Northern Territory including Darwin, Alice Springs and Uluru.
-
kangaroo australia (PC 155) features a muscular red kangaroo - the largest kangaroo species - standing up in a field of daisies.
-
koala australia (PC 156) features a cuddly koala clinging to a gum tree.

Sydney AUSTRALIA (8 scene) (PC 157) features 8 iconic scenes from Sydney as well as The Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains.

HOBART TASMANIA AUSTRALIA (Aerial) (PC 158) features an aerial view of Hobart from the perspective of Mount Nelson.

JUST OPENED - VINTAGE POSTCARDS GALLERY
Australia Postcards has opened a new themed postcard gallery that features vintage style postcards!
-
Melbourne Australia (Black and White Vintage) (PC 147) features an historical black and white photograph of Flinders Street Station with a splash of green and yellow Aussie colour reserved for two of Melbourne's famous W-class trams as they make their way up Flinders Street.
-
Melbourne Australia (Sepia Vintage) (PC 148) features a sepia-toned postcard that includes images of Flinders Street Station, a Melbourne tram, the Brighton Beach bathing boxes, and the Skipping Girl sign.
-
SYDNEY AUSTRALIA (Vintage) (PC 149) is a cool old-style-toned postcard that includes the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.

FLORA & FAUNA AUSTRALIA (PC 150) is a vintage style postcard that features fauna of Australia including the Koala, Kookaburra, Platypus, Sulphur-crested Cockatoo, Emu, Gecko, Kangaroo & Frilled Neck Lizard as well as some of the flora of Australia including the Golden Wattle, Eucalyptus, Waratah, Sturt's Desert Pea.

Blue Mountains Australia (4 scene) (PC 140) is a compilation postcard that features 'The Three Sisters' rock formation as well as images of the Scenic Skyway, rainforest boardwalk, and Echo Point.

Hobart Tasmania Australia (PC 141) features the Tasman Bridge overlooked by a snow-capped Mount Wellington.

Hobart Tasmania Australia (3 scene) is a compilation postcard that features the Tasman Bridge and Mt Wellington; Constitution Dock; and the view of Hobart and surrounds from the Mount Wellington lookout.

AUSTRALIA POSTCARDS IS OPEN AGAIN!
I'm happy to let you know that after a temporary closure Australia Postcards has reopened! :)
It's hoped that the site will be rebuilt later this year to provide you with an improved online shopping experience.
It's also hoped that a few new postcards will be added to the site to freshen and broaden the postcard collection.

Australia Day Special: 1 FREE AUSSIE STICKER with every postcard!
Australia Postcards would like to celebrate Australia Day by giving away a free Aussie sticker with every standard postcard or postcard back sticker purchased. You can see a few of the stickers that might be included with your postcards on Australia Postcards' homepage. The stickers will be sent loose to allow you to decide whether you want to stick them on the front or back of your postcards to create Dinky-Di Australian postcards, or whether you want to stick them on something else to give it more Oi Oi Oi! All orders placed from 18th January and received before the 31st January will include the Australian stickers. We hope you like the Aussie stickers!
If you want to brush up on your Aussie Slang, or share some Aussie slang with your postcard recipients take a look at the Australian Culture Postcard Gallery. Also, available in this postcard gallery is an Australia Flag postcard; however, unfortunately, Waltzing Matilda and Advance Australia Fair are out of stock at the moment - let's hope we already know the words including to the second verse! :S Further, don't forget the Aboriginal Postcard Gallery that features postcards of Aboriginal Paintings.
